Michelle Norman Bryant earned a Masters in Psychology from Argosy University and a PhD from The American School of Professional Psychology. As a clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, she takes a holistic approach to therapy that integrates the physical, emotional, social, environmental, spiritual, and intellectual aspects of her clients in order to understand their mental health challenges. Andy Kessler graduated from Antioch University in Ohio, and moved to Seattle with his rock band, The Gits. He later attended Pacifica Graduate Institute in Southern California and earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. Simon Connor was born in England, and grew up between England and Connecticut. He moved to Seattle to work for the VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America) program, and eventually attended the UW School of Social Work, earning an MSW in 1998. He worked as a school based therapist in the Seattle, Bellevue and Mercer Island School systems, and was the director of the Crest Alternative High School on Mercer Island.
